Learning Design is a concept that encompasses the whole of the technical & social fabric of the learning context to identify an overall architecture for programme, course or provision. It includes ethos, subject matter, audiences, resources, environments (digital and physical) and pedagogical commitments.
The aim of Learning Design is to create a learning solution that embodies simplicity, creativity and contextual fit whilst delivering the desired impact. The role of digital technology, platforms and content is always integral to this process.
